2.3 Partnership Services: Deal closing assistance. Property marketing to buyer network.

Step-by-step contract guidance. Disposition services. 2.4 Funding Services:

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) funding. Double Close funding. Quick

funding solutions for real estate transactions.

3. FUNDING TERMS

3.1 EMD Funding: Repayment of principal required regardless of deal outcome.

Personal guarantee required. Borrower must provide regular deal updates.

3.2 Double Close Funding: 1.5% funding fee. 0.1% late fee for closings exceeding 24

hours. Personal guarantee required. Repayment required regardless of deal outcome.

4. BUYER LIST MEMBERSHIP

5. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS

6. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

Follow-up regarding services. Opt-out available anytime via "STOP".

7. PERSONAL GUARANTEES

Where required, personal guarantees are legally binding

and enforceable regardless of transaction outcomes.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Solvia Funding liability is limited to the maximum

extent permitted by law for all services provided.

9. GOVERNING LAW
